East Penn Technical Search and Rescue Inc. is a non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to working cooperatively with all emergency service and law enforcement agencies to locate lost or overdue persons and provide technical rescue and/or evacuation services when required. We respond with personnel highly trained in various aspects of Search and Rescue.
